We offer 3-4 person rooms, each with a private bathroom, furnished in a rustic and cozy style that combines history with modern functionality.
The rooms in both houses are furnished in a simple, rural style, creating a cozy atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower. In the main house, there is a large dining room that also serves as a living room, common area, and a place where guests can sit by the fireplace, chat, and play board games.
The shelves are filled to the brim with books, including literature for children and adults, classics and new releases, as well as albums and guidebooks about the area.
The houses are surrounded by greenery, tall pear and apple trees, with a forest and hectares of meadows nearby.
Swystowy Sad is slightly set back from the main road, offering a quiet and safe environment.
For children, the stream surrounding the orchard is a great attraction. They can splash around in it, build dams, and play with clay.
We also welcome dogs and cats.
The area is attractive for cycling enthusiasts, horseback riders, and those who enjoy hiking. Ropki is crossed by tourist trails, including the GSB (Great Sudeten Trail).
